Delivery Information
- Chandradeep aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 1 working day of receiving your Order. Your Order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.
- If one or more items are not available when you place your order there may be a delay in dispatch, so that we can send your items in as few parcels as possible without any extra charge.
- Orders will be dispatched using online based Courier Service and you will be charged a shipping cost.
- Estimated delivery times are dependent on the destination:

- Shipping charges are not per item, it is for all books in your single order.
- Unless a longer delivery date is agreed between the Parties, if Chandradeep fails to dispatch any ordered Products within 30 days of acceptance of your Order, Chandradeep shall refund in full your payment (if paid) in respect of such Products.
- If your delivery address is outside
Bangladesh, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that
customs policies vary widely from country to country; Chandradeep
advises each of its customers to contact their local customs office for
further information.
